My “Chocolate Fix”

Mug Cake

Cake Ingredients                                                   Frosting Ingredients

¼ Cup Flour                                                             ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar

¼ Tsp. Baking Powder                                           1 Tbsp. Baking Cocoa Powder

1/8 Tsp Salt                                                                 ¼ Tsp. Vanilla

2 Tsp. Baking Cocoa Powder                                     Milk or Coffee

2 Tsp. Sugar

¼ Tsp Milk + 1 Tbs. Milk

2 Tsp. oil

Directions for Cake

Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and milk mix well. Place in microwave and bake for about 70 seconds (microwaves vary so test to be sure). Let cool and frost.

 

Directions for Frosting

Mix all ingredients well and frost cake. Milk or coffee can be used it’s a personal preference. I like both.

  • Other options, top with fruit, chocolate syrup or ice crème.Enjoy!
